My Work at ADP
When I was brought onto the ADP's marketing team as a marketing specialist, no one in the company could show me literature of all the products that ADP manufactured. It took a lot of overtime and teamwork to build up a proper brand and organization to all the collaterals. This was only my beginning as the "brand police" at ADP. I ensured everything representing the company had the proper branding. I progressed onto becoming the Marketing Program Manager where I managed all creatives (from photography to design through print, website, branding & multiple contract through creative agencies).
Executive Customer Invitational
Managing the customer invitational was one of the many hats I wore at ADP. I art directed the annual Customer Invitational between 2011-2014 with a $500K managing the full aspect of this program from venue selection, contract negotiation, design, setup, and execution. The company launched their new product line during the event and select dealers/distributors were able to be the first to see the newest products. This became a very popular and in-demand event in the HVAC industry and led to direct sales growth of 21 % year over year.
